MyAdvisorRetirement

RetirementBrain is now MyAdvisorRetirement, and LifeBrain is now MyAdvisorQuotes. The products, your account, your sign-in and your data stay where they are; only the names are new. This notice does not change any agreement: every agreement you signed under the RetirementBrain or LifeBrain name continues on its terms, a reference in it to the old name means the same product under the new one, and where we need your acceptance of an updated agreement we will present it to you at sign-in. MyAdvisorRetirement takes effect on 10-21-26 and MyAdvisorQuotes on 11-05-26. For twelve months after each date you may see "formerly RetirementBrain" or "formerly LifeBrain" beside the new name, and the old web addresses will redirect you to the new ones; the only sign-in addresses are myadvisorretirement.ai and myadvisorquotes.ai, so sign in there rather than from a link in a mail you did not expect. The LIFEBRAIN name and marks belong to InstaBrain, Inc.; they are not part of MyAdvisorQuotes, and we use the old name only to say what the product was called. Questions about this policy go to the contact named at the end of it.

Privacy Policy

Effective 10-21-26 (the RetirementBrain cutover day). Version 2026-10-18.1.

Who we are. MyAdvisorRetirement is a retirement planning and illustration service for licensed insurance producers, published by Brokers Alliance, Inc., an Arizona corporation ("we", "us"). It is the new name of the service formerly marketed as RetirementBrain. This policy covers https://myadvisorretirement.ai, the application at https://app.myadvisorretirement.ai, the interface the application calls (https://api.retirementbrain.ai today and https://api.myadvisorretirement.ai after the cutover), the public Roth Quoter page and the calculator pages a producer links or embeds, and, during the transition period, the same surfaces on retirementbrain.ai. A producer who places the Roth Quoter on a website is responsible for that website and for the producer's own dealings with you; we remain responsible for the page itself, for the scripts it loads and for what our servers receive from it. This policy is our privacy notice for the service; where the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act or a state insurance privacy law requires a producer, an agency or an insurance carrier to give you its own privacy notice, that notice comes from them.

Who this policy is for. Producers, agencies and their authorized users ("users") who use the service under the MyAdvisorRetirement User Agreement; the clients and prospects whose information a user enters to build an illustration ("clients"); and visitors who enter their own figures on the public Roth Quoter page ("consumers").

What we collect. Account data, from users at registration and in the account: name, e-mail address, telephone number, agency or company, the insurance and securities licenses the user says they hold (Life, Series 6, Series 7, Series 65 or other), sign-in credentials or the Google account used to sign in, and the user's own settings. Client records, from the illustrations a user builds: the information entered about a client, which may include the client's name, current age, planned retirement age, issue age, life expectancy, salary or income, account balances, premiums and premium bonuses, contributions, withdrawal plans and start ages, conversion periods, tax rates, fees, income sources and plan years, the notes and documents the user attaches to the client's profile, the agent the profile is assigned to, and the illustrations, comparisons and documents produced from it ("Client Data"). Calculator inputs, from the public Roth Quoter page: the ages, balances and tax rates a consumer enters, which our servers process to show the result. Device data, from every visitor: the IP address, browser and device details, and the requests our servers receive with their date and time, recorded in our server logs and, on the pages that carry them, by the services listed under "Cookies, tags and third-party services". The service has no field for health, medical or tobacco information; users must not enter such information in notes or documents.

Our role. For account data, device data and the public calculator we decide how the information is used, and we are the business or controller for it. For Client Data we act as the user's or agency's service provider or processor: we use it only to build and store the illustrations the user requests, to keep the account's records and to secure the service, and otherwise as the user directs, as the User Agreement states. We keep no account for a consumer who uses the public calculator; the producer who shared that page with you holds any relationship you have with the producer.

How we use it. To provide the service: to build, store and present illustrations and comparisons, to run the calculators, to maintain accounts and to support users. To review registration requests: a request to join the service is reviewed by an administrator before access is granted, and the applicant is told the decision by e-mail. To operate the service: to secure it, to detect misuse and to measure how the service performs. To communicate with users about their accounts, the service, training and changes to these documents. The carrier rates, market indexes and planning assumptions the service carries are maintained from public and carrier sources, not from Client Data. We do not use Client Data to build profiles of clients for our own purposes, to market to clients, to benchmark across accounts, or to train models.

Sale, sharing and advertising. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it for targeted advertising or for profiling with legal or similarly significant effects. Our application pages carry no advertising or analytics tag. The launch page at myadvisorretirement.ai carries Google Analytics 4, configured with advertising signals and ad personalization off, and Microsoft Clarity; neither is used for advertising, and no advertising or remarketing tag is loaded. We do not use Client Data or calculator inputs for advertising.

Who receives it. Our service providers, who process information on our instructions to run the service: our cloud and edge providers (Google Cloud, Cloudflare), the administrators who review registration requests, and our development and operations vendor, whose staff work in India under a contract that restricts them to our instructions. The third-party services named under "Cookies, tags and third-party services", which receive what their scripts collect. Insurance carriers and other parties, only when a user chooses to send them an illustration or a document the service produced. Any authority to which we are required by law to disclose. Client Data reaches no one else: we do not give it to the third-party services, and we do not share it with any party for the party's own use.

Aggregated data. We may count and measure how the service is used (sign-ins, features used, illustrations run) across accounts in a form that identifies no person and no agency, for product analysis and service improvement. We do not aggregate Client Data for any other purpose and we do not share client-derived data with third parties.

Users' obligations. A user enters Client Data under the laws that govern the user, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, HIPAA where it applies, state insurance privacy rules and state privacy statutes, with the client's authorization to enter it and to have it used in an illustration and transmitted to the carriers and other parties the user chooses, as the User Agreement requires. The user is responsible for the accuracy of what is presented to a client and must not enter health, medical or tobacco information into the service.

Security. We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information, including encrypted transmission, access controls and logging. Users are responsible for their credentials and for the security of the devices and networks they use; a user who signs in with a Google account does so under Google's terms. No internet service is perfectly secure; if we learn of a security incident involving your information we notify the affected users without unreasonable delay and within the time the applicable law requires, we assist them in notifying their clients where the law requires it, and we notify consumers directly where we hold a way to reach them.

Retention. Account data is kept while the account is active and for the period our records obligations require. When a user's enrollment ends, the user may export the user's own client records for 30 days, after which we may delete them, as the User Agreement states; information we must keep by law is kept for the period the law requires. The public calculator keeps nothing in an account; the figures a consumer enters are processed to show the result and may appear in our server logs. Server logs, including calculator requests, and declined registration requests are kept for up to 90 days.

Cookies, tags and third-party services. The application uses a session cookie for sign-in and a sign-in preference you can set ("Remember Me"). It loads Google reCAPTCHA on registration and sign-in and Google Identity Services when you choose to sign in with Google; Google processes what those scripts collect under Google's privacy policy. It loads the Userback feedback widget on signed-in pages: when a user submits feedback, Userback receives what the user typed, browser details and an image of the page as displayed, which may include client information on screen; do not submit feedback from a client's profile screen. The public pages load a scheduling frame from Calendly when you choose to schedule a demo, and the introduction video is delivered from Google Cloud Storage. The launch page at myadvisorretirement.ai carries Google Analytics 4 (property G-VRE8D4GB39, advertising signals and ad personalization off), Microsoft Clarity (which records page views and interaction patterns) and Google Fonts; each of those providers receives your device data under its own privacy policy. You can block cookies and tags in your browser; some features of the service need cookies to work. We honor a Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out of any sale or sharing of personal information; we do neither, on the application pages or on the launch page.

Your rights and choices. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access it, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy of it, to opt out of its sale or sharing and of targeted advertising or profiling, and to appeal a decision on a request. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising a right. Users: view and correct your account information in the service, or write to the address below from your account e-mail address; to close an account, contact support. Clients: because a client record carries no contact details of its own, ask the producer who entered your information, who can view, correct or delete it in the service; or write to us at the address below with the producer's name and your own, and we forward your request to that producer within five business days and assist them in answering it within the time the law allows, as the User Agreement provides; where that producer's enrollment has ended we answer you ourselves from the records we still hold. Consumers: the public calculator keeps no record of you beyond our server logs; write to us if you want those entries removed. An authorized agent may act for you with your written permission. We verify a request by the account e-mail address, or by matching the details you give us to the record; we answer within 45 days, extended once by 45 days where the law allows, and you may appeal a decision by replying to it. Information covered by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act or state insurance privacy rules is handled under those laws on the same request. Nothing in this policy limits any right the law gives you.

Children. The service is not directed to children under 13, and no account may be opened or used by anyone under 18. Information about a minor may be entered only to quote or illustrate coverage on that minor's life at the request of a parent or guardian; we do not knowingly collect information from a child for any other purpose, and we delete it on request at the address below.

Changes. When this policy changes we publish the new version at https://myadvisorretirement.ai/privacy with its version date, and for a change that reduces your rights we give users at least 30 days' notice by e-mail to the account address before it takes effect.

Transition from the RetirementBrain name. The service formerly marketed as RetirementBrain is now MyAdvisorRetirement. Information collected under the RetirementBrain name, including under the RetirementBrain privacy notice the application displayed before this policy, continues to be handled under this policy by the same publisher, Brokers Alliance, Inc.

Contact. Privacy requests and questions go to Brokers Alliance, Inc., P.O. Box 17634, Fountain Hills, AZ 85269, or by e-mail at support@myadvisorretirement.ai.
